LED Montreal.com is a division of NeoMagnetic inc. All purchases made with your credit card will appear on your monthly statement under NEOMAGNETIC. We accept Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) as well as PayPal payments. All your personal information is securely transmitted to our Web site using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption key. All credit card information is encrypted when the order is processed. We do not keep the credit card numbers in our servers. We use secure servers protected by the strongest firewalls currently available on the market.
To place your order, just add items to your shopping cart, once you are ready to complete your order click on checkout. On the checkout page, select your country, state or province and enter your postal or zip code to generate a valid quote including your purchase and shipping. Simply follow the prompts and fill in the blanks to complete your order.
Orders ship once they have been reviewed and accepted by NeoMagnetic inc. At our sole discretion we may cancel an order, in full or in part, and issue a refund in cases including but not limited to, fraud, suspected fraud, orders to certain countries, regions or IP address, incomplete address, missing or invalid contact number, site malfunction, product availability, errors in price, shipping quotes or tax rate. We may also contact you by phone or by e-mail to validate your personal information or to get any additional information pertaining to the fulfillment or your order. The low prices advertised on our website are based on the fact that our clients are doing self-serve transactions. NeoMagnetic Inc. can, to its sole discretion and with proper notice, require clients to pay a transaction fee for services such as: quotes, Purchase order processing or representative assisted purchases when the amount of forecasted purchases is less than $ 200 before taxes. Note that a project support fee will apply to clients that require multiple quotes for a single project.
On Webstore purchases (excluding bulk and special orders) :
You may return a product for refund, or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us if you wish to return your order and we will send you an RMA number.
If your order is returned for reasons including but not limited to: Incomplete or wrong address, if you refuse to accept the package, or if don’t follow up with the courier company to receive your package. The courier company will charge us the return shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will then refund the original value of your order minus the shipping fees as well as the return shipping fees.
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged. All items we ship are in perfect condition. If your item was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item, please send us a picture of the item within 14 days of the original shipping date to arrange for a refund or exchange. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase. We may require that the item(s) be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories where applicable.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are sent back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, and that your item(s) is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not marked as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item. When your item is received, you will be issued a refund through your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) for the merchandise only. (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs). Additional restrictions may apply for some items (such as party accessories), please contact us for more information.
On bulk purchases and special orders:
Please note that there’s no return on bulk and special orders (except for warranty exchanges) so if you are unsure that this product is what you need, we strongly suggest buying a few samples first and test them out before placing a bulk order.
On purchases made in our store:
The LED Montreal store features a full showroom that allows customers to preview items before buying them, making sure that they're the right products to fulfill all needs and specific demands. Consequently, all in store sales are final; no exchange, no refund.
Please note that the warranty on defective items still applies on all in store sales.
Canadian orders are charged taxes as follow, depending on destination:
- Quebec 14.975% Quebec Sales Tax.
- Ontario, NB, NF & NS: 13% HST.
- PEI: 14% HST
- Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC and The Territories: 5% GST.
We do not charge taxes on international orders but they may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your state or country, please check with your local customs office for more information. The shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to us and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. It is possible that the delivery of your order be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
We will honor a one year warranty to cover any manufacturer’s defect. The warranty becomes null and void after inappropriate usage, including but not limited to:
- Usage at temperatures or in environments outside of guidelines
- Tempering with physical integrity of the item (cutting, soldering, rewiring etc.)
- Usage of a power supply other than the one sold by LED Montreal, when applicable.
- Inappropriate installation and/or installation made by unqualified individual (professional installation recommended).
- Water damage
- Physical damage
IN-WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS
In the unlikely event that your product is defective, we invite you to follow the below stated procedure to return your item.
1) Contact us in order to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2) Once you have received your RMA number, simply return your item to us. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges and we recommend that you take insurance along with a tracking number.
3) After we have assessed that the return item is subject to warranty, we will at our sole discretion either: a) Repair the item at no cost. b) Replacement with a new or refurbished item of the same or similar model, always at no cost to you.
We will cover the cost of shipping to return the item to you at the original address of purchase. Charges will apply should you wish to have the item shipped to a different location.
We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers in the electronic environment.
You may be required to provide personal information to us when ordering a product or registering for a customer profile. You will know when this information is being collected because you will be asked to complete and submit a form. We need this information to deliver products to customers, provide customer support and/or to administer customer accounts.
We do not share any personal information of our customers with any third parties. From time to time, we may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we do not release personal information.
