12V 2A (24W) Power supply for LED Strips
This 12V 2A (24W)Â power supply is specially designed to power a short length LED Strip (from 1 meter to about 3 meters, depending on the type of strip). Use it to connect the length of LED Strip that you have remaining once your main project is completed. This power supply is compatible with Single Color and RGB LED Strips sold at LED Montreal. Simply add a controller to your LED strip in order to dim your strip or change the colors (if it is a RGB Strip). Compact and easy to install, it connects directly into a standard 110V outlet.
It is very important to read the description for the LED strips you will be using with this power supply to make sure you know how many amps you need for each meter of LED strip. Overloading the power supply will damage it.

Important Note: This power supply is not compatible with AC dimmers. To dim your LEDs with this power supply, you will have to use a low voltage DC dimmer. For AC dimmable power supplies refer to the Universal Dimmable Power Supplies.
